The idea of these changes is to take an existing trace listing (.tls) file of the lDOS kernel and find corresponding offsets within the MS-DOS v7.10 kernel. As they're both based on the same code base, I expect that there will be some similarities remaining.

• Accept line file entry with trailing opcodes. (These are intended to transport the additional instructions disassembled by a U command.)
• Store instructions multi strings into an array.
• Open .tls files for R/W and set binmode.
• Add placeholder D command which swaps Unknown! to !Unknown for now.
• Add simplistic D command. No ordering constraints are used, and only exact matches are considered (even for immediate branches).
• Do not continue the D command's inner loop after an Unknown offset is replaced.
• After D command found an entry, only allow subsequent entries to be matched next.
• Add a status page for D (capitalised) command.
• Set the status page variable for the D page too.
• Silence a warning on using an array entry as a string to split into an array, the string itself is not an array.
• Clear the line file arrays before reading the line file.
• Add the dump of instructions to the D status page.
• Expand instructions in the listed order.
• Upon a D command, highlight the last edits.

• Add additional opcodes to a line file line for longer disassembly.
• Parse the ;stoptrac comment on the debugger's command line.
• Fix, reset last_insbytes_amount in reinitialiseline.

Initial commit. Prepares a trace listing (.tls) file for use with the TracList D commands, by replacing every machine code offset with the "Unknown!" keyword.
