Symbolic lDebug build (Allegory) #

The server now generates a new lDebug build known as Allegory (available in the file allegory.zip) which has the executables lcsym(x)(u).com which identify as ‘Symbolic lDebug(X)’.

These builds have the _SYMBOLIC option enabled, in addition to the typical CDebug(X) options. The _SYMBOLIC option implies that the _DUALCODE option is enabled by default, too.

In addition to the lDebug changesets added, the allegory directory of the build scripting had to be prepared. To do this, I did ‘hg init allegory’, added the ‘allegory/.hg/hgrc’ file and filled its ‘[subpaths]’ section (as mentioned in ticket #1029), then pulled in most of the ldebug repo's changesets to avoid listing 7000+ changesets in the automatically generated log sent by email.

Update on dokuwiki being unavailable due to the PHP vulnerabilities. It will be restored once we have updated the server to run Debian 13 rather than the obsolete Debian 11.

These new programs have recently become available. Despite the "WIN" names, some of them are for plain DOS too. It is assumed that they were created using generative AI assistance.

I looked some into the DOS redirector part of WINUDF, and opened several issues on its repo:
