To use PM XMS rather than always calling down to V86M XMS, the flag zz_no_pm_xms (DCO 200_0000) must be cleared.

Fixed in hg f4d2cf839c0d on 2026-09-22. This uses the new extension PM XMS function 7B00h, and falls back to calling via V86M XMS if this is not supported.

The dxms Extension for lDebug had a similar change applied in hg 273dfd530713 on 2026-09-25.
