Late mid February work on WarpLink

lDebug
A new lDebug release, r10, has been uploaded. As part of the release three changesets were created:
- LSM update and indicating the r10 release date in the manual's News chapter.
- Branch named for release10.
- Uncomment the r11 future news section in the manual.
Also, the release is now listed as a news item on the ecm webpage.
WarpLink
Adds the wlcalc EXT and MINUSEXT operations. This is another pile of hacks based on copy-pasting functions from another file (mlpass2d.nas) then stripping them down to only support what we want.
In particular, this re-uses parts of the FIXUPP example used to implement the wllist list entries. The desire is to evaluate the extern/global label's offset just like a plain reference would. Unlike the plain reference, the wlcalc EXT operator allows to add this number to a variable at a later point during the post-link calculations.
It is expected that the lDebug port will make use of EXT-related wlcalc operations.
Individual changes
- Add wlcalc EXTPARA and MINUSEXTPARA (round up and shift extern label's offset to get a paragraph value).
- Increment ecm release to r12.
- List the labels generated by wllist for each list in the ecm readme.
- Delete old ML* and MACHLINK.ASM files. These were obsolete as of the completion of the NASM port (on 2023-09-14).
- In wlcalc only check for offset FFFFh for the SEG operation, not for SEGREL or EXT.
- Add OPEXT operation to wlcalc. This allows to specify one of the numeric operations (any operation except the ones related to SEG or EXT ones) to apply with the label specified instead of a constant string. (lDebug uses
label « labelin one spot which could make use of this.) - Increment ecm release to r13.
