Added workaround code to initial loader and test writer to hg 4c929733a229 on 2024-05-04. Boot sector loaders may be too limited to make use of this workaround.

Added the workaround gated by the _LBA_WORKAROUND option to the boot sector loaders in hg 022406efa709 on 2024-06-04. This option is disabled by default. The _LBA_SKIP_CHECK option must be disabled to make use of the workaround.
